Jeff Koch
Jeff has 40 years of refrigeration experience, and spent his career working in the environmental test chamber industry. Positions held range from refrigeration technician and service manager to project supervisor and technical manager. He’s received factory training from several test chamber manufacturers, and oversees technical training of our staff. Jeff is a 40 year member of RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society).
Jake Koch
Jake has devoted his career to the HVACR industry, having started as a service technician and moving into management and business development roles. He studied business at RIT, and is actively involved in various trade associations, and the local business community. Jake represents the fifth generation in his family to work in the refrigeration industry; his great grandfather, and great-great grandfather were both icemen.
Kevin O'Connell
Kevin has an extensive background in commercial refrigeration, and HVAC. He began as a commercial service technician, and has experience as a service manager, operations manager and project manager. He is a certificate member of RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society) , and holds several NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certifications. Kevin oversees our technical training, compliance and safety.
